RESERVATIONS WILL OPEN ONLINE AND BY PHONE NOVEMBER 24TH FOR ARTIST COUNCIL MEMBERS AND DECEMBER 4TH FOR ALL ARTISTS
DELIVERY OF WORK
ARTWORK WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR 125 ARTISTS MAXIMUM
Artwork must be delivered by the artist. Mailed or late work will not be accepted. Be prepared with information about your work to fill out a Loan Agreement at time of delivery. The information required is the same as the labels on this form. These labels must be attached to artwork on the front and back of the piece at time of delivery, and must include artist name, address, phone, title, year, media, dimensions (including frame), and price.
