DELIVERY OF WORK
ARTWORK WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR 125 ARTISTS MAXIMUM 
Artwork must be delivered by the artist. Mailed or late work will not be accepted. Be prepared with information about your work to fill out a Loan Agreement at time of delivery. The information required is the same as the labels on this form. These labels must be attached to artwork on the front and back of the piece at time of delivery, and must include artist name, address, phone, title, year, media, dimensions (including frame), and price. ​​

  • BEFORE YOUR VISIT
    • Artwork Drop-off is limited to 5 artists per half- hour to ensure social distancing can be maintained.
    • An advance, reservation is required for each visitor over the age of two. 
      • Seniors and those with underlying health conditions are encouraged to reserve an early arrival time. 
    • Visitors above the age of two are required to wear face masks at all times while indoors. Those who do not follow this policy will be asked to leave.
    • Guests will be screened for symptoms including a contactless temperature scan.
      • If the scan registers a temperature above 100° Fahrenheit, the artist will be asked to leave and encouraged to contact their healthcare provider. 
      • Artists who are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms, including: sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, fever, or recent loss of taste or smell, or are otherwise feeling unwell are asked to postpone their visit.  
If you are unwilling or unable to respect the guidelines above, we ask that you postpone your visit to another time.
