Cynthia Elizabeth Villasenor is an illustrator and found artist based in rural Western Washington. After receiving a traditional BFA in Illustration from CSULB, her focus shifted to include a DIY art mentality to create more with less. Obsessed with not creating waste while making art, she designs to use the 'whole buffalo' down to the dirt as she incorporates DIY, graffiti, the occult, and skate/punk aesthetics. Her art features talisman-like wall hangings that pay homage to the immense nature of the Pacific Northwest and the modern and ancient cultures that reside there.
